Julia is AMAZING at what she does. I would highly recommend her. She supported me through anxiety during my second pregnancy and during the ‘fourth trimester’. She was kind, empathetic and supportive. I listened to a recording she made me during my birth! A wonderful coach and woman ?

My experience with Julia as my life coach has been nothing short of transformative. From the moment I reached out to her, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, dispelling any apprehensions I had about seeking help. Julia's ability to hone in on the core challenges I faced, particularly in regaining control over my boundaries and rebuilding myself, was particularly commendable. She provided me with a variety of techniques that have significantly improved my outlook on life, leading to a light bulb moment that has been truly life-changing. Julia's unwavering commitment to my success, tailored sessions, and genuine passion for her work were evident in every interaction, inspiring me to push past my limitations and strive for meaningful change. Reflecting on my journey with Julia, I am deeply grateful for the profound transformation she has facilitated in my life and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate guidance on their path to personal growth and fulfillment.

Julia came along at exactly the right time for me. I was ‘stuck’ in a loop with my career and was feeling unfulfilled with my work. Julia helped me explore the blocks I had built up and to identify patterns in my behaviour that were holding me back. The initial session was quite intense and it took me a couple of days to process everything we had discussed. Julia inspired me to reconsider what my priorities and values were. She suggested practical ways I could take action towards making changes in my career direction and provided lots of relevant resources for me to study in my own time. The follow-up session two weeks later was really beneficial, we discussed my ideas and new direction and Julia was incredibly supportive throughout. Julia is a genuine, warm-hearted individual. I found her really easy to talk to and she quickly gained my trust. I look forward to working with her again in the future and would definitely recommend her coaching services to anyone else who feels stuck in their career.

I had the pleasure of working with Julia for coaching services, and I can't recommend her enough! Julia is incredibly empathetic, creating a safe and supportive space for self-reflection and growth. Her professionalism is outstanding, and she brings a wealth of knowledge to every session. Julia's ability to listen and understand goes beyond expectations, making the coaching experience truly positive. I'm appreciative for the positive impact Julia has had on my personal and professional journey. If you're looking for a coach who is empathetic, knowledgeable and is able to coach you through a variety of life situations (whether it is professional/career or personal), Julia is a great choice.

I've had the absolute pleasure of knowing Julia for over a year now, although it seems like much longer! What can I say, she is simply amazing at what she does and has a special talent when it comes to working with people. I was able to find Julia at a time in my life when I was lacking a lot of direction and needed some serious help. Through working with her, we have managed to unpick a lot about how I viewed myself and how this has been impacting me upto date. Her approach to coaching is exactly what I needed to enable me to start fully living my life and become 'unstuck'. I have so much I could say about this wonderful woman but it'd would probably take me hours! Anybody who has the opportunity to work with Julia expect great things to happen. Ricky

It was a pleasure watching a close friend finally dealing with their divorce and other issues and how that made them develop as a person. Julia was really positive and supportive throughout the process and my friend speaks really highly of her. Highly recommended.
