Jann is an incredible coach, with the ability to tailor each session to your needs. Whenever my mind was overworking or I had a lot I wanted to achieve but didn’t know where to start, Jann broke down the big thoughts, into small manageable chunks that we then talked through, allowing me to process them better. I would recommend Jann to anyone!

Jann has been an incredible coach for me since joining Hurren and Hope, with the biggest heart and a truly inspirational leader. Jann has delivered both individual and team sessions, focusing on relationship building, career development plans and mindset. Jann is a caring, personable and gentle individual who I'm lucky to have had the support from for the past 18 months. With no hesitation, I would recommend Jann as a coach and friend, she is a true asset.

I've previously worked with Jann a number of years back in a professional capacity and always found her approach brilliant. Having recently gone through a number of changes in my personal life, I needed some re-allignment on how to tackle said challenges and retain some order to a pretty chaotic time. When looking for someone to advise there wasn't a moments hesitation to get back in touch with Jann and following two sessions, I now have much better clarity on dealing with the trials I was facing and how I could push on to getting things back on track. I'd say one of Jann's greatest skills is asking the right questions to get you thinking about the bigger picture and how you want that picture to look for yourself. After the two sessions I felt greater clarity and comfortable that I could maintain the course, however should there be any further assistance required I'll be back on the phone to Jann to re-allign the ship!!

Jann is an exceptional coach who is able to personalise her sessions to your exact needs. As well as my 121’s, I really enjoyed her group sessions, which have helped me grow as a recruiter as well as in my personally life. I would have no hesitation in recommending her work and approach to anyone.

Jann is one of those people who has the power to put you at ease from the offset. Her ability to listen, reflect and advise appears effortless, but it's clear that it this is a culmination of years of experience of asking the right questions and knowing what to do with the answers. My video-call coaching sessions with Jann were helpful in assessing the pain points of running a small business and working out ways to alleviate the pressure. I really value the time I spent with Jann – she helped to unlock new ways of thinking and working which have developed my daily work life and have had huge impacts on my personal life too.

Jann listened and understood everything I had to say, all the while making me feel completely at ease. Jann possesses a wealth of experience and expertise, whilst having a kind & personable nature. Helping to build my confidence and recognise my strengths, Jann worked to completely change my mindset & I left each session we had together, so much happier & calmer. I cannot recommend Jann's services enough.
