I have been going to Jooles for a few years. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. My husband and children also see Jooles. We have regular wellbeing sessions and always feel better after treatments ?

Jooles is an amazing chiropractor - very professional, friendly and approachable. I first went to Jooles after having my first child and I couldn't bend down or straighten up without pain. My back is now totally pain free and I just go for check-ups a few times a year. Treatment is also completely gentle and painless!

Jooles has been an absolute godsend! I first visited her when I was a few months pregnant with severe neck and shoulder pain. I have never looked back since! Since my pregnancy,I have continued with sessions as I have found it to be a fantastic tool in ensuring my body is fighting fit for all that life throws at it! Jooles support, expertise, care and professionalism is an absolute credit to her. Hence, I would highly recommend her services.

I suffered from severe bouts of sciatica for a long time and finally decided to do something about it. Frightened at the thought of visiting a regular bone cracking chiropractic clinic, I thought I would give McTimoney a try. I have been visiting Jooles for over a year now and the results have been really positive. I still get sciatica from time to time but the frequency between bouts has lessened and so has the severity of the pain. My posture has also improved (something I wasn't aware of before visiting Jooles) and I have noticed that my upper back and shoulders feel more free. I would thoroughly recommend McTimoney chiropractic and specifically Jooles Sayers practice. Jooles takes a holistic approach to improving your overall health and the benefits can be felt after the first session(s).

When I first saw Jooles I could hardly drive due to pain in my neck preventing me from being able to check behind me and had constant lower back pain that ruined my sleep. I am now pain free and just visit quarterly to ensure everything is properly aligned. She fixed me!

I have regularly visited Julia over the last few years due to pain in my neck, shoulders and low back. My visits are a pleasure and I always feel better afterwards. Julia has helped my posture and general feelings of well being. Thank you Julia.

I first saw Jooles when I was in a very bad way & she has now got me to a point where I am pain free & mobile. I visit for tweaks every 6weeks & would highly recommend a visit for either continued well being or to assist you in an acute situation.
