Jon is truly excellent to work with, and I have had a very positive experience of online talking therapy for around 6/7 months. The way Jon engages, creates a comfortable but also positively challenging space to open your eyes to new ways of thinking. Jon’s services are so valuable to give you a dedicated space to talk, whatever the situations you’re looking to work through are. 100% one of the best investments to make for your personal well-being and experience.

Jon has a level of warmth and empathy that instantly put me at ease. But what really sets him apart is his ability to combine professional expertise with a down-to-earth and relatable delivery. In times when I felt overwhelmed or stuck, Jon's insightful questions and thought-provoking reflections gently nudged me towards self-discovery and personal growth. His ability to help me navigate complex situations and provide valuable perspectives has been instrumental in helping me thrive, despite the challenges I have faced. I'm truly thankful for Jon.

I was at rock bottom when I first went to see Jon. I had absolutely no motivation and I completely lost sight of who I was/who I wanted to be. At times even getting out of bed was a struggle. At first I will admit, I was a little skeptical about the idea of therapy but giving it a go was the best decision I’ve made. Jon reminded me that it’s perfectly okay not to be okay and that the dark times don’t last forever. After each session I had with Jon, I came out feeling more positive and I gradually became less anxious which was the main reason for seeing jon in the first place. Jon helped bring back out the best version of myself. At times I didn’t think I would be that happy/confident person again, but with Jon’s help and advice we got there!! I can’t fault Jon to be honest, right from the start I felt as though he understood me and I knew I could tell him anything. He’s empathetic, caring, thoughtful a great listener and he even managed to make me laugh on the most difficult days. I know if I ever find myself going through a difficult time again Jon will always be there to welcome me back with open arms.

I would recommend Jon because in each session I had I would take a breadcrumb or huge slab of knowledge or perspective on a situation in my life. This allowed me to work in between sessions and explore how I could get better and improve on in each session. I looked forward to sessions with Jon on zoom. Having that regular contact helped me to address so many areas of my life I might previously have covered up or not opened up about. I felt comfortable in being completely present and open in jons company, being vulnerable and being kinder to the past versions of myself which had gotten me to where I am today

I had never been to therapy before but Jon made me feel at ease from the moment I walked through his door. His environment is so comfy and homely feeling you can't help but feel calmer. I would leave our sessions with lots to think about but in a good way, a good thinking to help me better myself and boost my self confidence. I can't thank Jon enough for all his help and I know where to go when I need help again.

From the moment I first met Jon I felt I was in a safe , shame free environment. He helped me open up and find awareness in myself. He guided me through the process offering me support and advice along the way. I don't know what would have happened if I had not found Jon, but what I am certain of is that I'm in a better place after visiting him!

Have worked with Jon both formally and informally for almost 3 years. He is an expert in his field, and delivers his session with care and compassion. Jon has a way of making you examine and find answers and potential solutions yourself whilst supportively encouraging you to do this. Straight talking and friendly, meaning that you have to be honest with yourself, which let’s be honest is exactly what you want from your therapist. Jon will often discuss his own relevant personal experiences relating to your own issues, which adds that extra supportive layer in his sessions. Highly recommended

I worked with Jon during a time when I was navigating lots of change in my life. This was the first time working with a therapist. I was quite nervous going into the first session. Jon immediately established a really safe space for me to open up and talk authentically about my feelings. Jon always listened to me without judgement and asked questions that really helped me to unpack what was happening in my head. Working with Jon was nothing short of a transformative experience for me. I learned so much about myself and feel so much more connected to my own power than I ever have done before. I feel a new sense of self-assuredness and no longer feel the need to over explain all of my decisions to others! Jon is an outstanding therapist. He was empowered to explore parts of myself that I had never fully been able to access. He held me to account when that’s what I needed. He celebrated with me when that’s what I needed. He laughed with me when that’s what I needed. He always listened.
