I was referred to Jay by a well known and respected coach in my local community. Jay has a stellar reputation across the world, and I can see why. My work with Jay has consistently exceeded my expectations. I accomplished my baseline goals within 3 months of our first meeting. We're 8 months in and I am no less excited about the work we are doing together. Quality of life has improved in every dimension- emotionally, interpersonally, financially, professionally. Jay consistently delivers value and is well worth the financial, time and emotional investment. If you are ready for real, deep and authentic work, Jay is the right coach for you. Give him a shot, you won't regret it.

I reached out to Jay about coaching the members of my business owner community after having him on my podcast as a guest. Over a period of 4 weeks Jay coached the group on various topics of personal development and performance, and week after week we experienced countless breakthroughs in our mindset that we could then apply to our business or our personal lives. Jay’s sessions are engaging, interactive, practical, and entertaining. His ability to coach and talk to people is second to none. He’s a fantastic professional who I would recommend to anyone as their coach. Jake Rowan - Founder of The One Percent Project

‘I had the good fortune of meeting JW when studying on a digital marketing course - J was helping individuals navigate through business and personal challenges. I was facing a tough choice searching for new employment or a return to study - in middle age! Family and friends offered helpful advice but I needed an impartial outside voice. Jay’s positivity - coupled with his desire to find workable solutions - led me to book a call. Was it worth it? 100%. Jay listened intently, challenged me to face down my demons and helped me to plot a clear way forward. It was akin to talking with a friendly big brother - someone who genuinely wanted the best for me. Jay illustrated that with good time management and commitment, both work and study options were completely viable. Thank you Maestro.

I really like to work with Jay. He does a good job in recognizing my limiting beliefs and helps to overcome them. I like that he has a wide range of tools, that works well in group and 121 settings too. He cares about his coachees, and I really appreciate how much I accomplished with his support.

It’s amazing when someone can pull your mindset out of a dip you didn’t even realize you had & give it wings. But when Jay says 100% is possible 100% of the time, I definitely thinks he underestimates what he does! He’s given me the belief to go out there & get after whatever it is that I want to do… And it doesn’t come any better than that - making a real contribution & a massive difference in people’s lives. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Jay!
