Car was recovered after an accident in January 2025, the police recommended them so we had them recover the vehicle. When asked if they could do the work they agreed and said it would take them a week. After a week in the garage we got them the parts which included a front bumper, a suspension arm and mud guard. We were told it would be done a week after the parts were dropped off and that the car was in the workshop, a week later we rang and were told it would be next week and they would call us. We were never called and rang again to ask for an update. They were incredibly rude down the phone and shouted at us for asking for a certain date to pick up the car. We gave them an extra week and decided to go and visit so we could pick some things up from the car. We walked in to find the parts we had dropped off three weeks prior outside in the rain exactly where we left them. The car had never actually moved from where it was when we dropped the parts of a week after the accident. We asked why it hadn’t been moved, they couldn’t give us an answer and told to us to take the car away. We arranged recover of it from the garage that night as the unprofessionalism and lack of manners was becoming annoying to deal with. Over all, after reading the other reviews i highly recommend to stay as far away from this garage as you can. If i could upload the video of the owner being incredibly rude and giving us no information at all i would, please save your time and energy. DO NOT GO HERE

If i could leave zero I would have absolute bunch of amateurs try to book a job in, big job as well multiple times and was told was too busy we got too many cars in etc etc, we will move some stuff around and call you, never called back because they do work for the police they've got power trip up their ass, absolute shocking service, would not trust them to bath my dog 🐕🐶 use at your own risk.

Good service. I had a big repair job done and needed it done quick since I am disabled and depend on my car. Dave got the job done quicker than I expected and much cheaper too. When I came to collect, he even drove my car to the reception area so I didn't have to walk so far to get to it. I couldn't be happier. I'll be coming here from now on for servicing, MOT, the lot 👍👍

I recently had a frustrating experience with a clutch replacement that left me really disappointed. The staff seemed disorganised and unprofessional, taking much longer than promised to complete the work on my vehicle. I rang to ask for updates on my car and was told it would be done at the end of the week, it wasn’t. I then rang the following week to get updates on my car to which they told me it would be done by 18:00pm, it wasn’t. I waited at the garage until 23:00pm for the car to be sorted. To make matters worse, i was still charged full price despite the hassle. Overall, the lack of communication made this experience incredibly unsatisfactory.

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. I moved to the North in 2007 and as a single mum I needed to get my kids to school and needed to have a reliable car for work. The team are fantastic. It has took so much pressure off me knowing I can trust them to sort out any issues quickly and at a fair price. They always do a great job and they are so friendly! Thank you!
