I found the sessions with Tom were friendly and helpful. I did not feel under any pressure and so we were able to cover a whole range of subjects that were causing me concern. My accident had led to a heightened level of anxiety which I began to understand through our sessions. I was able to treat my concerns with a more appropriate level of importance. As a result I am now able to handle them more effectively. I am continuing to study the workbook which I find really helpful. I would recommend Tom to anyone in my position, as I am slowly returning to a less anxious state of mind to the relief of my close family.

Thank you for all the support and guidance on my journey of healing. I have been really impressed with your calm, logical approach along with a lovely element of humour along the way. It made me feel comfortable and confident in sharing with you my past and made it a fun experience at times working out the intricacies of my mind. Tom is a great therapist and I highly recommend him, along with CBT which has worked great for me.

Tom had helped me immensely over the past 2 months. Such a friendly and welcoming guy who has got me on the right track to figuring out where I’m at. It’s like talking to a mate, couldn’t recommend him more

I had sessions with Tom for a few months to assess whether Cognitive Behavioural Therapy would be helpful for me. Tom was a really nice person to talk to. He's open minded and compassionate while also good at challenging the negative views i hold about myself and offering perspectives that are hard to see when you're in the middle of it all. While i came to the conclution that CBT was not what i needed at the time, it was sad to part ways with Tom and i thoroughly recommend him for anyone looking to see if CBT can help them.

Tom helped me through a difficult time with great skill and sensitivity. He put me at ease from the start and was unfailing in his encouragement and motivation. He presented me with all the necessary tools at a manageable pace and communicated clearly how to incorporate them into my daily life. I have seen a few therapists and Tom has been by far the most helpful in overcoming my issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and will be doing so.

Tom was of incredible help when I was dealing with some difficult issues last year. The sessions were perfectly structured and gave me tools to find solutions. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Tom's guidance and support through my CBT journey to help with anxiety issues has been invaluable. He helped me understand why and where my ways of thinking and behaving came from and techniques to help me adjust them where they were causing me issues. Tom put me at ease very quickly and it felt easy to talk to him about things I've never really put into words. I was worried about doing the sessions remotely but they worked well and Tom easily created a good rapport. I really enjoyed working with Tom and would highly recommend.

Tom brings a reassuring, calm, and gentle presence, a sharp ear for important details, and a strong sense of rapport to his therapy practice. Although we didn't go into "masculinity issues" in depth, I get the strong sense that he really understands how difficult opening up can be for men. I also really valued how he melded the sessions to my needs.
