I have been attending Liz' yoga flow class fairly regularly for more than a year now. As always, I enjoyed how she tune in to the class and offered the pace and energy of the practice needed for that day. I loved how Liz flowed naturally during the class in adjusting and giving extra guidance where needed. I feel that her caring awareness and timely hands-on adjustment ensure safety and better key alignments practice. So, I am super happy to be in Liz's class and will attend whenever I’m around in Bakewell.

I have been practicing with Liz for about 6 years now, and the classes just get better! Liz is a brilliant teacher and really nice person to get to know. The sessions really set me up for my week and leave me feeling rejuvenated. To anyone thinking of practicing at any of Liz's sessions, I can't recommend her enough -do yourself a favour and give it a try!

I have been practicing with Liz for 6 months now and I can honestly say she is fantastic on and off the mat! I look forward to attending her weekly class and always leave feeling calm, focused and strong both physically and mentally - it has now become my mid-week reset and I couldn't survive without it! I have been going to Liz’s yoga classes and women’s circles for many years now and that just says it all really. She is a wonderful teacher and oozes kindness. Her women’s circles are really special, such a lovely way to connect with women of all ages in a loving and safe space. If you haven’t been then you are missing out! Every woman should experience the circles as they are very healing and soooo good for the soul. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space Liz ❤️

I absolutely love Liz’s weekly yoga classes and have been going for years. No matter if I turn up full of energy or absolutely tired and stressed, I leave the class feeling calm and relaxed but stretched and toned in all the right places. The optional head massage is also a real treat! Liz has such a warm, engaging personality and is so knowledgeable - her monthly newsletters, which are full of handy tips and information on health and nutrition, are great.

Liz is such a great practitioner. She holds all the qualities required so beautifully and tenderly. Liz is 100% passionate about women's health and that shines through everything she does. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, supportive, open, creative, dynamic, honest and I highly recommend that she clones herself so as to be more accessible to more women. The course I went on was well designed and structured, professionally delivered and all done with a loving heart.
