Have had great results after around 3 months of 121 work with Stephen. He is a great guy, really knows his stuff and is always on hand for extra tips/advice etc between sessions. Highly recommended

Absolutely adored working with Stephen. He got me into the gym for the first time ever, having only ever done calisthenics/training at home. He built a plan that was adapted to my specific goals and time availability, and provided motivation through checking in and cheering me on after each workout. Even though I was mostly only able to work with him online, I felt connected with him throughout the process, and when we met up for sessions in person, he gave clear corrections on technique. The programme price was really fair for the amount of energy, time, and expertise he was able to give. Before working with Stephen, I never would felt comfortable going to the gym, but two years on and it's totally changed my whole relationship to exercise and my body - I'm still in my best shape ever. He's also just a great guy! Can't wait to work with him again!

Stephen coached and supported me for two years in Cambridge, both on a 1-2-1 capacity and also through technical means. His knowledge, both in terms of physiology based approach but also lifestyle approach made him the perfect coach for my needs at a busy time in my career and personal life. Never will you find a man with more genuine interest an enthusiasm for his craft, a rare gem in an industry filled with false promises and CHATGPT programmes.

Have learnt and achieved more within the first 4-5 months of working with Steve than I have with the 2+ years of using the gym aimlessly without any guidance or plan. Highly recommend - the nicest guy!

In just two months of working with Stephen, I've experienced a level of dedication that surpasses any personal trainer I've worked with in the past. His commitment to his clients is evident in his unwavering support and motivation. Unlike other trainers, Stephen goes the extra mile by regularly checking in with encouraging texts and providing valuable diet tips, which have been instrumental in my progress. What truly sets him apart is his profound understanding of health conditions and his holistic approach to wellness. In addition to helping clients achieve physical transformations, Stephen is also an expert in building habits, evident from his book. His expertise extends beyond physical fitness; he also excels in life coaching, empowering clients to overcome mental barriers and achieve their full potential. With Stephen's guidance, I've already begun to see remarkable results, and I couldn't be more grateful for his support. He truly is a star in his field.

Before I started with Steve, I felt really out of shape - I was really overweight and was very unfit. From the start, Steve really motivated me and kept me on track. We managed to actually go through the pandemic and follow his training routines. I gradually got in shape gained much more energy and happiness, basically. Steve is especially great at meeting my fitness needs and getting the furthest toward that goal, considering the busy schedule that I have work-wise. Steve also created very effective 30 min routines that I can actually do at home, which has been really, really very helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend Steve to anyone who really wants to get into shape quickly but doesn't have a lot of time. I think Steve does a really good job of making that happen and keeping his clients motivated.

Can't recommend enough, always been quite active and into sports but lacked commitment and discipline at times. With Steve's help and expertise I've been able to reach all my fitness goals and I'm so happy with the results! 10 out of 10

I started with Stephen around 4 months ago now and haven’t looked back. His knowledge and understanding of fitness is second to none and he continuously educates me so I better understand the subject myself. He has been by far the best PT I have had to date and his passion for fitness really shows in his work. Stephen has helped me create habits so consistency becomes easy, I couldn’t recommend him anymore!!!
