Julie is so open and approachable, from our first meeting I instantly felt comfortable with her. She walks with you through past experiences and has a way of helping you find our own answers from within. Julie's been a huge support for me and has helped me through my darkest days. I feel truly blessed to have met her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others needing some support.

Julie really changed my life, saved my life in many ways, and I can’t tell you how freeing it is to LET GO of the past. If you’re thinking about therapy - do it. If you’re thinking about therapy with Julie - one million percent do it ? the most kind hearted person I’ve ever met.

Julie helped me to face and overcome the challenges that were affecting my mental health and wellbeing. She provided a safe and non-judgmental space, where she listened to me and helped me heal from trauma and learn to express and manage my emotions. She was patient and empathetic, but she also challenged me when needed in a supportive and respectful way. Julie offered and used different techniques and methods of therapy including both counselling and EMDR, depending on what I needed. This integrative approach was extremely helpful for my situation, and I am forever grateful to Julie for being with me on my therapy journey and helping me to feel free to move forward with my life. Thank you! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, professional, and caring therapist.

Amazing sessions with Julie, you dont think your doing anything but following the lights with your eyes, but all of a sudden things no longer trigger you or affect you the same way
