Frances created a bespoke herb walk and talk for a group of friends and I, and it was fantastic. We took a gentle walk through stunning countryside whilst Frances pointed out different herbs and plants and taught us how we can use them. I learnt so much about the beneficial properties of plants they grow naturally on our doorstep. After the walk we headed back to her local village hall and made tea with some of the herbs we had discovered. Frances was so knowledgeable and created such a warm, relaxed environment. An evening good for the heart, soul and body!
