I had an incredible experience at Elite Sports Massage Therapy with Sahir. He performed a full MOT alongside wet cupping therapy, and I felt a huge difference afterward. Sahir was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The wet cupping was excellent for relieving tension and improving circulation, while the full MOT helped identify and address deeper muscle issues. The clinic was clean and welcoming—highly recommend Sahir for top-tier sports massage and alternative therapies!

Been to Sahir today 23/2/25 in Agony with Sciatica.
OMG this guy worked wonders, I left pain free and happy. I would certainly recommend his services. He was polite and welcoming as its my first experience having this done, but I deffo will go back to him in the future should I need to 😁😁😁 5 star rating from me

The best physio I have ever been to!!!
Went to Sahir with muscular back spasm, saw my GP and he advised to see chiropractor... unable to get appointment with chiro. Sahir kindly booked me in on the same day to see him. He knew straight away the reason for the spasm and got to work. Only had 1 session and I already feel 100x better! Will definitely be going back regularly to see him for a sports massage and realignment!
Don't bother booking in with anyone else go straight to see Sahir you will not be disappointed!

You are fantastic physio. warm, friendly and really deals with your aches and pains. What differentiates for me as a physiotherapist is that you always treats the cause not the problem. So, he won’t always work in the area that’s painful but work on the reason as to why it is sore! This for me is fabulous as you need less sessions because you improve faster and it lasts for longer. Would highly recommend. You won’t regret it.

I have been to Sahir now twice, the first time I went with serious pain in my knee. This went pretty much after I had treatment, he knew straight away what the problem was and was very professional during the treatment! Would not go anywhere else I highly recommend if you are in any pain or discomfort he knows what he is doing!
