I had a beautiful massage with Carmel today, a Balinese massage with beautiful herbs. Carmel also concentrated on some really problematic areas and they feel much better this evening, thank you for looking after me and making a lot of effort to sort out all the knots and issues.

My yoga experience with Caramel has been a total joy. I could not fault a single thing. Especially with candle light yoga, Carmel provides a truly magical experience.

The atmosphere is so relaxing throughout - from the cosy studio space, the music, the lighting - to amazing scents, she has thought of every little detail. I wish I could spend all of my evenings at Carmel's studio.

I started as a complete novice with Carmel and she is always so supportive and knowledgeable. After a couple of weeks I was totally hooked!

The stretches and relaxation have been hugely helpful throughout my first and second trimester, Caremel was incredible and made lots of adjustments to make sure I was always as comfortable as possible.

The small group setting makes the whole experience so intimate and special, a real treat. Worth every single penny!

Carmel is top at what she does. Really magical hands.

From Balinese massage to intimate candle lit yoga (from a complete zero yoga session beginner). From our first session Carmel explained the different types of massage that would be most suited for me. I've been looking for someone who can do regular massages that would work on some problem areas I'd been experiencing.
