I can highly recommend the Pharmacy at Muxton Telford. I was treated with respect by Mr Carter who explained to me before hand the full procedure. I felt totally at ease having wax removed from my ear. I didn’t have to wait, in fact I was in and out before my actual appointment time. This was my first time visiting this pharmacy and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Excellent service, went online to find a service and found Muxton pharmacy and booked appointment online to go same day within half and hour we was there having ears wax removed and able to hear again within no time. Friendly staff very efficient in their work. Highly recommended and great price too. Very helpful😊

Booked an appointment on their website for the 02/01/22, wish I understood was bank holiday however it let us book an appointment on their website!!! I had been suffering with a bad ear and deafness so wanted to get it sorted ASAP. Drove from Stafford to this place, about an hour round trip, to find a sign on their shutters saying they were shut. So they took our £5 deposit and diesel for absolutely nothing. Lack of communication, wouldn’t use them again.
