I can not speak more highly of Mike, his treatment and professionalism. I walked out of my first appointment already feeling better. There was no pressure to book more appointments, but I definitely benefitted from at least 4-5 appointments. Mike listens to you and looks at you holistically, which I think is great. His treatment was a combination of adjustments and massage, followed up by exercises I could continue at home. They are emailed to you and there are videos to watch, to make sure you're doing them correctly. I came across Mike when I read positive reviews about his caring and professional approach. I have had knee pain for many years and, despite exercise , I had not seen anyone before who could identify and explain my issues. I did not expect miracles but wanted advice and support in doing what I could to improve my mobility. At the first appointment Mike took time to understand and explain my issues as well as what I hoped the outcomes would be. Most importantly weight loss was not mentioned as the only solution! His approach, understanding and support motivated me to set myself targets for realistic improvement based on suggested exercises alongside his treatment. There is no doubt that Mike has improved my mobility, even at this early stage. He is genuinely one of the nicest, professionals I have ever met and I thoroughly recommend his services.

After just one session I felt like my back had much more range of movement, and I came away with lots of strengthening exercises to help my posture and prevent injuries.
Preparing for this years London marathon Mike is helping me stay injury free, doing soft tissue techniques, and encouraging me every step of the way.
