Destinations Coaching - Lytham Saint Annes

Helen croft

5/5

Helen coached me through a job change, helping prepare me for my new role as well as navigating some difficult situations in my previous role. Helen equipped me with useful tools to support me practically as a leader as well as to build my confidence and self belief in my own capabilities. I would highly recommend Helen as a coach for existing and aspiring leaders.

I attended Helen’s Ikigai masterclass recently. It was wonderfully delivered. With lots of thought provoking ideas and concepts to ponder. Helen has obviously found her Ikigai in Ikigai.

I'm only 3 sessions in, and already Helen has helped me take my business to the next level. I was confident with my coaching, but there were many aspects of building a business which were completely new and unknown to me. After 3 focused sessions with Helen, I now feel so much more confident with the paperwork, contracts etc as well as just being clearer with the direction I am going in. I achieved more in 3 hours with Helen than I had in months by myself! I'm excited for more sessions to see how far it takes me!

I had a discovery call with Helen the other day and I have to say she is so friendly and down to earth I felt totally at ease. I was a little nervous about the initial call but it was actually quite enjoyable chatting and I left the call feeling like a weight had been lifted. The discovery call is also free of charge which is great! Thanks so much Helen.

Helen was so warm, friendly and professional from start to finish. The venue was one of the best I have been to and I enjoyed with mixing with staff from lots of different sectors. I left feeling energised and invigorated - ready to put in to place the skills I had learnt and the actions we had agreed on during the coaching. Absolutely brilliant, worth every penny, thanks Helen!

5 star coaching to help me clarify my goals in my business, the steps required to get there and in holding me accountable. Furthermore, Helen supported me with contracts and other requirements which I needed as a new business owner. Highly recommend.
