We’ve been visiting this surgery for the past couple of years and have always had a positive experience. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and the practice is consistently clean and well-maintained.

A special mention to the receptionist, Zareen — she is friendly, empathetic, and highly efficient. She tried her hardest to give me an emergency appointments even though they were fully booked.

"Very Disrespectful Behavior Towards My Daughter"

I had a really disappointing experience with Dantel during our only 2 visit. Every time we went to check out, they would shush my daughter in a very harsh way, making her feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This lack of respect was very upsetting, and I felt that my daughter deserved to be treated with kindness and patience. It's unfortunate that a place I hoped would be friendly and accommodating turned out to be quite the opposite. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future. Even if don't go to waiting room I stand out side but they was still some both of receptionist some i bins 2 times and today will be last time make sure when you go there better kids be sailing or only my daughter not allowed to talk but doctor professionals i ignore first time because of them I will take my business to some we will respect my daughter last time completed to them nothing charg

I have been with The Dental Hygiene Centre for many, many years. Me & my 4 children have always been treated with Kindness and with professionalism. My mum, Brothers & Niece's are now also part of the surgery though my recommendation & are equally happy with the service provided. I'd like to particularly praise Dr S. Aslam & the reception staff. Avoid, avoid, avoid..

I went to have a filling for a tooth. The doctor in this practice Peter Zolczer, have done the procedure on the 26/11/2024. It was deep, so I paid £240 because I wanted to be white.
I called them again because after the naming passed I couldn’t chew and i called them and I went again because he had to trim it.
I was waiting more than a month so the tooth settle, however I could feel cold when ever I inhaled and drinking something and whenever I was trying to eat something I was in pain.
So I called them again and I went back at 08/01/2025.
A new doctor had to do new xray and he told me that the previous doctor didn’t do it properly so he left a gap and that’s why I was feeling the air!!!!!
When I went to arrange a new appointment, the admin Mrs Zarintaj Mohamed told me she needs to ask if they will charge me for the new xray and the emergency appointment and I said this was their negligence and I’m not going to pay again.
So that offered me an appointment for 28/01/2025!
When the new young doctor called me the same afternoon I said I’m very disappointed and stressed because I felt they where not taking care of my tooth and already I was waiting long time, he reply to me that I was not his patient and if I was he will try to prioritise!!!! And at 28/1 he will put a temporary filling and in 3 months where I had an appointment for check routine, he will put the permanent filling!!!!
I was in shock!
This is how they treat patient in this surgery.
Of course next day I went privately to another doctor only to discover that Dr Peter Zolczer had left as well decay and he just closed it!!!
Still in shock!
This is need to be investigated, this doesn’t feel they know what they are doing..
On the 10/01/2024 the new doctor called me again to offer me a new appointment, however I informed him I already went to another doctor and I’m going to make and official complaint about all this situation and I asked for Dr Rahim Jetha mail and he told me he needs to ask him first if he is happy to share this info. He called me back and he told me he is not allowed to share this with me and the office manager will call me on Monday…. This doesn’t sound very professional..

All my family is attending this practice and we couldn’t be any happier and pleased with the services provided. The prices are very competitive and the treatments provided are high quality.
