Only 3 sessions in with Zak and I'm blown away with how much we have discussed and how comfortable I am sharing my life experiences with him. Zak makes you feel incredibly comfortable and at ease and is an amazing listener and explains things so easily. I can't see me ever wanting this to end. Literally every session more and more comes out which is helping me to learn so much about myself and ways in which I can change my blue print and learn to grow. Highly recommend Zak as a therapist.

I have been working with Zak, and in the short period I've started with him the impact it's had on me has been incredibly positive. Zak has helped me identify a lot of unresolved childhood issues that I hadn't realised were the cause of some of my behaviours which I thought were normal, he's helping me to understand and navigate my feelings as well teaching me to communicate more effectively.
