Tracy offers a range of therapies that are amazing to help manage all manner of anxiety issues. I have experienced sound therapy and access bars, and found both hugely beneficial, intriguing and conducted in such a calming, reassuring and sensitive way. Access Bars in particular is so fascinating and effective, and together with Tracy's knowledge and abilities cannot be recommended highly enough.

Creative Energy Studio is a fabulous place which has helped me to heal and re - energise. The studio (despite the cold weather) is warm and cosy with the added bonus of a warm couch to lie on to warm your bones. For me it's instant relaxation to the extent I sometimes nod off! Amazing session, I felt great and so productive afterwards! As a busy mum it was perfect “me time” wrapped in a cosy heated blanket and feeling so focussed after the session was just what I needed.
