So far, I have had two treatments with Mike and wish did not live over 200 miles away from Hereford so I could have treatments with him more often!
Mike is a skilled and intuitive practitioner and his treatment works for me on two levels. One is a physical level - after the treatment my chronic back pain simply disappears - it does come back a month or so later, making me feel a more regular treatment would be able to help with the underlying cause and restore better function. Secondly, the treatment leaves me with a very subtle yet clearly palpable feeling of feeling more connected, more present and more "alive".
I think that Mike's skill lies in his intuitive yet very solid presence. This enables me to let go as fully as I can, release into my body and allow any energetic phenomena coming from the body just to happen and be met without judgement or imposition of unnecessary meaning,
All in all, this is a wonderful treatment and I look forward to more when I visit Hereford! Thank you Mike, Daniela

A breakdown following deep and long-buried trauma led me to seek support in the form of Craniosacral therapy with Mike.

Mike had known me for a number of years and had seen the change in me. He offered me his support in the form of his Craniosacral therapy. I wouldn't have accepted help from anybody else, especially not with a therapy that I had never experienced, but Mike's groundedness and calmness made me feel safe. I felt I could trust him.

Each time I had a treatment I felt, what I can only describe, as what felt like 'stuck' energy gently bubbling up and dissipating. Stuck emotions fleeted and flickered in both my mind's eye and through my physical body, but all was well. I felt safe, peaceful and supported whilst it happened.
After each treatment I felt somehow lighter. The 'fog' in my mind would lift. I also felt sleepy. I would make sure to put aside rest time post-treatment, as, after my first treatment, I had my first undisturbed full eight hours sleep in a long time.

I may not know or understand how this gentle, non-invasive treatment of Mike's works, but I am in no doubt that each session I have had has helped me. I cannot recommend him enough and look forward to my next session.

Being someone with a keen interest in quantum physics, craniosacral therapy seemed the obvious choice of therapy to help with my feelings of grief. mike is a talented therapist, who created a calming atmosphere despite the current fear-inducing-climate. this allowed me to heal on many levels, and the results are phenomenal. i highly recommend this modestly priced therapy.
