Buying a house, especially your first house, is a very highly traumatic, long, experience.

This is where Charlotte comes in. Charlotte is such a lovely lady who was able to get us through situations we didn't even think would be a situation.
She sorted out any issues we had with the mortgage provider,
She got us a really good priced solicitor, She got us a brilliant life cover,
And she listened to me cry down the phone at her when she told us we got approved.

After trying Lloyd’s for a remortgage, unsuccessfully, I tried Concept. I am self employed so wasn’t confident of getting anywhere but after an initial meeting with Paul, whose a nice guy, I felt a bit more confident. Claire Grennan was in charge of my application and it was a breeze. She found me a cracking deal, five year fixed from a high street lender, and was a pleasure to deal with. Claire made the process easy. Concept certainly know there stuff and should be your first port of call for mortgages and financial advice.
