Last year I went through one of the most difficult times of my life. Clare was recommended to me, and even though I was experiencing crippling anxiety I gave it a shot, and it was worth every penny!

I first of all attended on a weekly basis. Having the CBT alongside the hypnotherapy for me was life changing. Not only because the therapy worked, but because Clare is just a wonderful person who cares very much for her Clients and in providing the best service possible. Clare helped me to become ME again. I found I could confide in her, and she had lots of useful advice and tips which I still now implement in every day life. I would look forward to the hypnotherapy and feel totally refreshed on the drive home after the session.

A year later and I am generally missing my sessions with Clare, not just because the sessions are fantastic, but because Clare is an amazing person to talk to, and will be sure to book in for my regular MOT very soon x

I can’t recommend Clare enough! My 12 year old daughter was suffering with severe anxiety and even after the first session the results were outstanding, what a difference. Clare is so caring, patient and understanding and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Clare is so knowledgeable and explains everything so clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking with her.

Clare as supported me through a very rough patch in my life, I have had 6 sessions and now feel 'on top of the world' without Clare I would not be in this position now.

I'd started smoking at around the age of 15 and given up on numerous occasions only to fall back into the habit again, using one excuse after another. I was getting up during the night for cigarettes and everything I did during the day was punctuated with a 'quick cig'. After doing some google 'research' I found Clare who was highly qualified and made an appointment to see her. Clare is a lovely, professional lady who is really easy to speak to. After my hypnotherapy session in September 2020 I haven't had another cigarette!! As soon as I walked into her office I was a non-smoker! Absolutely fabulous! Anyone thinking of quitting smoking and has tried everything like me, make an appointment to see Clare :-).

I had a terrible fear of injections and Clare listened to everything I said and she fully understood my situation. She was patient and supportive. The therapy was super and has helped me handle situations much better when having injections.

I started my hypnotherapy beginning of this year. Its been the best thing ive ever done. Mine is for weight loss. At first we started every week then went once every 2 weeks. It's fantastic. The weight loss is 1-2 pound a week. This is a life change. And I'd recommend Clare to anyone.! Abigail Redding.

I had a catastrophic fear of flying until I found Clare & was able to fly to Texas on my own to support my husband who had been taken seriously ill. Now able, at last, to visit family in Spain! Highly recommended.
