Preeya is brilliant! She went above and beyond the first time I met her. She arrived with a homemade vegan flapjack and talked through all the principles and benefits of reflexology. I felt extremely relaxed and in good hands. She managed to build a connection and deep understanding of what you might need emotionally and physically from even the first session. I didn’t even tell her I grind my teeth but she knew from feet there was tension there - so impressive! I’ll be seeing her again for sure and highly recommend.

I have had both healing and reflexology from Pree-ya and it’s been beyond amazing. It’s like she can read your body. The healing was like getting the biggest hug of warm energy. I’m struggling with an illness and Pree-ya is really tuning in to what I need. The reflexology was so relaxing. I find it difficult to properly relax, but during both sessions I felt like I had sunk into my mattress and could sleep for days.

Both times, she suggested things I can do to help myself a bit more on my healing journey between session. This as been super helpful as it made me reflect on things in my life and what changes I need to do to be able to move forward.
