Catherine has been treating me for, initially, an ulcer on my leg. This has been treated successfully with Dermalux LED light therapy. Amazing. Monthly visits for my mind and body are successfully managed with her expert knowledge and experience. Acupuncture is painlessly administered where and when nessasary. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. All together a feel good experience.

As a woman coming into perimenopause I like a lot of women my age( 46 ) had lost a bit of confidence. Botox and fillers was not an option I wanted take so when I was offered the chance to try the acupuncture facelift I was excited at the thought of having a facial treatment that was completely natural and would have lasting results.

Catherine explained the process in great detail, how the 10 treatments with the amazing Dermolux LED light therapy would target dull skin, reduce redness, boost collagen production, cell turnover, minimise fine lines, sculpt and boost facial definition, firm and tone my ageing skin.

From my first session I felt completely relaxed the room is beautiful, clean and very relaxing. Catherine took time to consider everything that was going on in my body, emotionally and physically. Catherine started with grounding my body with acupuncture points before moving onto my face. These fine needles and Catherine’s gentle placing made the process as comfortable as possible. It was like having a very minimal sting something I quickly got use to and by the end of the 10 treatments barely felt. We worked on the fine lines and jowl area that bothered me the most. Once needles were in place the LED light was positioned over my face and neck area. This was the best part! 20 minutes of holistic heaven. I used this time to relax and concentrate on healing anything that was bothering me that week. This treatment is not a quick fix but a gradual holistic wellness approach getting to the root and improving the skin from within, giving long lasting results. I saw results after the first few sessions, my skin was brighter and the redness around my cheeks had reduced, after 6 I could see a dramatic change to the lines down my mouth and across my chin crease. After the full 10 sessions my jowl area is lifted and noticeably tighter, my skin is plump and the lines down my cheeks almost completely gone! Catherine had to use a magnifying glass to see where to place the needles!

This experience being a first time acupuncture client has been life changing. I am much more confident with my appearance, sleep and perimenopausal symptoms have improved and I feel much better and clearer in myself. I have had numerous complement’s about how good my skin looks, and noticing the improvement. I am so pleased to have found something I can carry on with to help the aging process. I confidently recommend this to anyone wanting to improve their appearance and wellbeing in a natural way. It’s incredible and Catherine is just amazing, she really cares and takes pride in what she does. If I could rate 10 stars I would!

I have been going to Catherine’s clinic since March, both for acupuncture and the Dermalux treatment. I can honestly say that the whole experience is very therapeutic and beneficial.
Catherine’s clinic is set in beautiful gardens in a very pretty area of Norwich. A good start to one's experience.
Catherine is skilled and knowledgeable on all methods of acupuncture therapy and she has a very calming, gentle and kind manner which is very reassuring.
I have never felt better since receiving treatment at her clinic. My bad knees, back and anxiety are so much better, and my skin looks amazing since having the light therapy.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Catherine and I look forward to many more treatments with her. Five *****
