Reviews of Calm Minds - EFT tapping & Talk Therapy - Kelly Shadbolt

Kelly offered to do a session with me to help with my anxiety, fear and frustration about stepping out of my comfort zone and doing EFT Training myself. She kept checking in to see how I was as we tapped together and took notes to ensure we worked on what I needed most support with. I felt so much more at ease and relaxed after the session. Thank you Kelly for being such a kind and gentle person and for helping me through this journey.

Kelly is fabulous I met her at a time my anxiety had sky rocketed affecting me in many ways. I had had previous help from different therapies before but with tapping I felt I really connected with it.I looked forward to my sessions with Kelly & learnt I could practice tapping anytime any place when I needed. Thank you so much Kelly

I’ve had several sessions with Kelly and I can honestly say that I’ve come away feeling so much lighter, less troubled and much happier. With a very gentle manner she’s able to direct the session to the heart of the matter and carefully pick out and work on any underlying issues. I’d have no hesitation in recommending her professional services to anyone who’s in need of extra help and doesn’t know where to start. Liza Hackney, Wilmslow
