Valerie is a true expert in colonic hydrotherapy. She uses the proper gravity method, which means she is really taking into count how your body is responding to the treatment.
Compared to machine colonics that I have experienced, it’s a far more tailored experience with much better results.
Valerie completely puts you at ease, explaining what she’s doing and respects your privacy at all times. And she’s thoroughly lovely to boot!
I have been going to see Valerie for a couple of years now and she has even called me when I have been suffering from severe bloating, helping me understand what caused it and made the difference.

I wanted to especially leave this message as a recommendation to Valerie as she is amazing!! I started to have colonics after doing the liver and gallbladder detox flushes. I'd never had a colonic before and Valerie's professional and caring nature made me feel easy and comfortable about the whole process. I felt loads better after them and my skin even improved and I felt rejuvenated. Since then I've visited taking my mum, dad and girlfriend to have treatments with her and they've all enjoyed meeting her. Highly recommended! 😊

Just wanted to say thank you to Valerie for helping me tackle my food intolerances . I felt very at ease from the start to finish . From seeing Valerie who gave me all the information i needed , i have managed to change my diet to ease/stop all my symptoms i was previously getting and i am starting to feel so much better for doing so. I would certainly recommend seeing Valerie to get answers, if like me you knew some foods just were not right for you but could not pin point them .
