I saw Paul at the Didcot Clinic and I can't recommend him highly enough. He took time to understand my shoulder issue, offer a diagnosis, make a treatment plan and recommend an Orthopaedic referral. Being able to see the exercise plan and log them on the app has been brilliant and a good prompt for doing the right amount of the exercises each day to regain strength and movement. My shoulder and neck muscles are now pain-free and have returned to near-normal function within just a few months.
