I had 11 hours of Access to Work Coaching online with Bex across 2023-2024. Before I started with Bex I was struggling to get up and to work, spending a lot of time sleeping, and I felt very unconfident in my ability to do my job. Since working with Bex I have managed to find a (mainly) consistent work routine, implement good self-care routines and make changes in the direction and day-to-day of my business. I am now feeling much more confident and capable and I'm extremely proud of the difference in what I achieve and my mental health now compared to a year ago. Bex is very patient and understanding, they've born with me while I ramble on in an unfocused way, always helping me come back to a concrete goal and plan of action. I would (and do) 100% recommend Bex for anyone disabled, neurodivergent and/or living with chonic health conditions.

As a fellow tutor, I was seeking someone for my own child's tutoring who I felt was confident, aware of my child's needs, and who would help boost them given the current curriculum and breaks in education. Though I had tried to assist my child at home, Bex's teaching style gave my child assistance beyond what I could have done, even as a tutor and teacher, my child feeling confident with her from the start. I went to Dr Bex Harper, founder of Earth Coaching for Neurodiversity & Chronic Illness because I was having some serious issues focusing, concentrating on tasks, and getting my scheduling under control. As a freelancer, this is so important and I was becoming so frustrated because I felt like I didn't have the proper tools and structure to fulfill my work needs. Bex is simply the most lovely, helpful and caring person. I had been getting so overwhelmed with My PIP application as I had been rejected first time around. She put me at ease instantly with her useful tips and advice, helping me to break it down and figure out what I needed evidence wise and how to word my answers properly. Bex looked over it all before I sent it off and gave me simple notes which I could easily correct. She has been so helpful and encouraging throughout this anxiety ridden process, making it seem not so big and scary after all. I cannot recommend her highly enough and I so thankful I have her in my corner.
