Booked a Reflexology session with Zoe. This was my first visit and was made to feel very welcome. The therapy room was lovely, warm cosy and the wonderful aromas and soothing music was very relaxing. Zoe explained the process and I did have some Crystals too. What a wonderful experience ❤️. I felt very relaxed after the session. Would highly recommend A treatment with Zoe,she is very knowledgeable about her treatments. I have already booked again for next month 😊

Zoe and her Awaken Studio was recommended to me by a close friend. I had been feeling apatheic, a feeling I hadn't noticed at first, but over the recent weeks it had become more evident that something wasn't quite right. I first made contact with Zoe via email and I received a speedy reply and was soon booked in for Reiki treatment with a neck, shoulder and back massage.
On arrival Zoe was there to great me. A lady who is very warm and welcoming, who quickly makes you feel at ease. We had the initial paperwork to complete, followed by a discussion on what I would like to receive from the treatment. Personally I felt I needed a reboot / kick-start, and together we agreed and discussed the process, i.e., massage first followed by the Reiki.
The massage, with just enough pressure, was both soothing and relaxing, covering my whole back, top of my arms, shoulders, and neck. When the massage was complete I rotated and laid on my back. Zoe made sure I was warm enough and in a comfortable position, placing a pillow under my knees and sitting me up slightly so I wasn't laid completely flat. Which for me isn't that comfy for a longer period of time.
Once settled into a position Zoe gently placed a selection of crystals down the centre of my body. Positioning herself behind my head Zoe spoke soothingly, presenting relaxing mental imagery. Starting with a bright light, sunlight, lighting up my head a slowly travelling down.... I believe the light would go from head to toe, but for me I'm not sure if it got further than my chest. It was at this point I started to experience an emotional release. I must admit it caught off guard. I was expecting such a surge of emotion, the crystals began to fall, Zoe was now to my side holding my hand as I clasped the fallen crystals. For a brief moment I felt I was in a fight or flight mode, but hearing Zoes steady breathing and feeling her calming energy I relaxed again, trusting Zoe and her guidance through the rest of the treatment.
Once home I already felt lighter internally, something that isn't easy to explain. But I felt and knew they had been a shift inside. My head feels clearer, and my second night after the treatment I had 5/6 hrs solid, undisturbed sleep! (I usually have broken sleep, getting 2 to 5 hrs total each night).
Although I was emotionally caught of guard during this session (my fault for not researching), Zoe made me feel at ease all the way through. Reassuring me, encouraging me and actually getting me to emotionally release what I have been holding onto. I myself will be booking further treatments with Zoe and I would recommend her to anyone who feels they need something realigned / released and if it is your first time experienceing Reiki... Zoe will guide you with her naturally warm, personable approach 🙏

As a lover of natural healing, I was thrilled to receive reiki from Zoe. Zoe is such a kind and calming presence and this can definitely be felt in her work. She immediately puts you at ease and allows you to relax. I felt so much better in myself after and felt it had a long lasting effect on me. Overall the experience was very uplifting. I look forward to returning and recommend Zoe to anyone looking for holistic treatments.

I had my first Indian Head Massage at Awaken with Zoe yesterday & I can honestly say it was the best massage I've ever had! Her studio is so comfortable & beautifully decorated & the massage itself was pure relaxation. She used some massage techniques I've never experienced before & i feel great today. Zoe has a really lovely manner & puts you instantly at ease, taking time to explain what will happen & make sure you have the best experience possible. I will definitely be a regular customer... I can't wait to experience the other therapies she offers. Thanks, Zoe!!
