Andy is a genuinely inspiring human being and teacher. Over the last few years I have experienced a variety of Andy’s yoga classes, workshops, day retreats and transformational breathing sessions. Whatever the event, Andy has always made me feel truly welcome, I leave feeling like I’ve made new friends and with a renewed understanding of the potential we all hold, no matter what our lives may throw at us! The work I’ve done with Andy has supported me through some difficult times and I encourage anyone who needs some help navigating life’s challenges to get in touch.

First and foremost Andy is amazing. He is a man of integrity who doesn’t mince his words, honest, truthful and funny. His experience in yoga, meditation, coaching and breath work that I have experienced has been phenomenal. Through my work with him I have gained such insight into my inner self. He has been supportive, intuitive and I’ve felt safe and secure. I now realise that I’m pretty amazing too. ‘It was always there, I just forgot’. I’m so grateful, he’s a legend. ?

I have been practicing yoga with Andy for just over two years. I had both hips replaced 4 years ago. When I started with Andy I found it hard to walk up stairs. I have just had my 2nd 2 year check at the hospital and the radiologist and the consultant surgeon were amazed at how flexible and strong my hips are. This is down to Andy's great teaching skills. So thank you for my physical and mental health both much improved since my yoga with you. You are amazing!

Andy is the bomb! He has helped me begin to understand myself in ways I would not have deemed possible. I am learning how to trust myself. People have noticed that I am different "somehow" and asked what my secret is. When I mention my life coach, they are intrigued but I find it hard to put into words what magic he creates. In all it is quite simple, in a world of noise, expectation and chaos, Andy provides me with calm, space and freedom to express my inner thoughts in a safer than safe place. No judgement. No expectation. "Just" me. This creates insight, intention and bit by bit, I am becoming who I was always going to be. I could not recommend him enough. Thank you Andy, the impact you continue to have on our family is unbelievable.

I took part in Andy’s inner child workshop because I wanted to learn more and to understand essentially why I am the way I am and how to learn to accept the essence of who I am. Andy gently but light heartedly guided us through the all day workshop providing some incredible insights and deep knowledge into this inner child work. It was interactive and practical, we laughed and cried and went on the most beautiful journey. I walked away from it with the knowing that I can love accept myself exactly as I am and that all feelings are welcome. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to go deeper with this work. Thankyou Andy!

Definitely recommend Andy’s classes. Great energy, passion and importantly a sense of fun. He stays true to the principles of yoga , while guiding experienced yogis and beginners, starting their yoga journey, through mindful meditation , asana and relaxation. Great tunes too !
