I found my coaching with Alison a really fruitful and supportive experience. Alison proved to be a great listener who responded by immediately tailoring her approach to suit my needs and timescale. I found the tools she gave me to be useful and practical, and I progressed my situation quickly. I'm now 'on my way' again. I would recommend her, without hesitation, for coaching and hypnosis. You may be feeling down, disorientated or not quite sure of what is happening in your life, and Alison could well be the person to help you through those difficult times.

Alison has helped me with many business coaching issues - she always seems to know the right questions to ask and always guides me to my right answers. I had some initial start up and confidence issues which she blew completely out of the water! I am now structured, creative and have a new found passion for my business which is all down to Alison's skillful coaching.

Working Alison at Anderida coaching has helped me get on track. She helped me with both my career and personal life. She is extremely personable and has the ability to connect with her clients at whatever stage they're in at the time. She is trustworthy, always encouraging, and a patient and insightful guide through life experiences in pursuit of goals and dreams. She also offers good value and high integrity.

I found working with Alison to be a supportive but challenging experience. Focusing both on personal and work, Alison helped me identify some key issues which were holding me back and supported me while working through how to resolve them. Can highly recommend.

I got in touch with Alison because I really wanted to stop smoking, I saw Alison in October of this year and have not touched a cigarette since, I found her caring, professional approach really helped me begin my new journey without cigarettes. What she did was completely mind blowing and I would recommend her if you want to start a new year cigarette free. J. Ferguson West Sussex
