I’m so glad that I found Amy, she offered an amazing space where I could talk about personal problems from my eating issues to small relationship upsets. Throughout, Amy gave me techniques/ worksheets from family maps to methods of identifying intrusive thoughts. Amy was very accommodating and flexible with the time of my session. At the beginning of the process I undertook several self assessments to see where my head was at, then repeated the assessments at the end. It felt really motivating to see the progress I had made. Thank you for your help Amy

Amy has helped me regain my confidence and not be afraid to open up to people close to me. She offered different techniques to try when I felt sad and anxious. Amy is so easy to talk to, I lost my way, she helped me back. Thank you so much ?
