I attended Abi's Autumn Equinox retreat and it was heavenly. An opportunity to switch off, no time pressure, no rush, just to be at our own pace, surrounded by nature.
I had the opportunity to be creative, to meditate, to sit quietly, to heal, to reconnect and ground myself. Something I think we should all take the time to do. I highly recommend Abi and all of her offerings.

I’ve been drawn to Reiki for a number of years now, and, apart from receiving treatments I didn’t take this any further. I then came across Abi, the timing felt right and I felt what I can only describe as a ‘connection’ to her. I embarked on my personal spiritual journey and completed my Level 1 Reiki training with Abi earlier this year and I’ve now completed my Level 2 training too. I’m so glad I did this, I’ve had an incredible journey with Abi and Reiki. Abi is very welcoming, truly passionate about what she does, very encouraging and provides support along the way. I feel blessed to have Abi as my Reiki Master teacher and if you’re thinking of learning Reiki then I highly recommend Abi.

The summer retreat was amazing. It was so relaxing. I am really quite shy and struggle in group settings but I really felt I needed this retreat given some awful things I’ve been through recently. Abi was amazing as the facilitator -so welcoming and the setting was beautiful and tranquil. It was literally my idea of heaven - with trees, wild flowers, birds and incense - it was an experience of truly being at one with nature and all things natural. It was a complete breath of fresh air. The other people attending were so supportive and friendly and I immediately felt at ease with everyone. It was such a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it for anyone, but especially those feeling depressed, anxious, exhausted and overwhelmed. It is so worth doing - I am so glad I did and I feel much better for it. Thankyou Abi Fenton xx

Abi is amazing! You can tell right away how passionate she is about Reiki, and it makes learning from her such a great experience. She’s so kind and patient, and she explains things in a way that’s really easy to understand. I love how calm and grounded she is—it makes you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. I absolutely love going to Abi's retreats in the woods. Even though there is a small group of ladies present it still feels a very personal and meaningful experience. Being in the woods and listening to the bird song and the leaves and all what nature has to offer is uplifting and strangely cleansing. There is delicious food and drinks are available at all times. Having the freedom to share thoughts and feelings without any criticism is empowering and I leave feeling that the session has been exactly what I have needed.

Went for my first Reki session back in May and wow. Abi is just amazing I went in with an open mind and not knowing what to expect but to put everything at ease and made me feel so much calmer. Before I even left I set my self up to have it monthly and I love it when I am due to go again. Just to be able to switch of for an hour and relax. Thank you so much Abi you are amazing ❤️
